The switching in between prescription sunglasses and glasses. Especially outside. Always needing a case that goes with it.

Movie theatres with those 3-D things over my regular glasses.
Not being able to properly snuggle up to my partner because my glasses get in the way.
My eyes are too dry for contacts. So that’s a no for me. My break up time is under 5 seconds.
I’m too blind to apply eye makeup without glasses and have not yet discovered a method of applying while keeping them on.

— Make-up glasses exist!! They have removable magnifying lenses which allow you to apply makeup on one ye at a time. You can get them on amazon for no more than $10USD.

Zero frustration. Love wearing glasses and love being a glasses wearer. Wanted glasses super bad as a kid and was super happy when I got them. 40+ years later and a much stronger prescription, I’m helpless without them and love showing off my thick -8.5 lens (I don’t get high index since I actually like the thick, coke bottle look). I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

This is a great story!! It’s amazing to hear the progression of a self-righteous choice through glasses. Keep it up!!
